RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication or Rich Site Summary. It can be used to stay up-to-date of a web site's changes without having to enter into it. Any change on the web site will be automatically notified and delivered to the user.
How do I use it?
To use RSS a feed reading software is needed. There are also web sites (aggregators) which allow to read several RSS feeds. A lot of feed readers are available, both free and at a cost.
There are also e-mail clients that come with a RSS reader, such as, for example, the Mozilla Thunderbird from the Mozilla Foundation.
